On 25th May, new legislation regarding data protection, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), goes into effect in all countries of the European Union. The GDPR defines how companies have to handle the personal data and privacy of individuals within the EU from now on.
We have made some changes to our privacy policies in order to be fully compliant with the GDPR.
Our updated policy aims to provide you with clear information about:
– The data we collect from you to process your case and give you a positive and personalised experience online
– How we collect, store, use and protect your data
– Your rights and how to use them
– How to contact us if you need anything
Your privacy comes first and we hope that all our customers will benefit from our new and improved policy. While no action of yours is required, we would like to encourage you to review it. Send us a message stating ”unsubscribe” if you do not want to receive emails or ”REMOVE MY DETAILS”, if you would like us to remove the data we hold for you.
